The above is the multi-purpose version as used by HGV City. See: Timesheets This example works uses a 8 hour minimum day, (less than 8 is made up to 8). This can be tailored to requirements. Styles and colour schemes can be varied to suit requirements. Data can be saved to an online SQL database, or written to a company SQL server database.
In the commercial version, timesheets are sent to predetermined company email addresses: The user does not have supply the company email address. A copy is also sent to the employee. Text boxes can have spell checkers.
HTML or plain text emails are used to send timesheets to companies. In HTML emails, images are NOT used as they tend to trigger spam safeguards.
