    Graduated Fixed Penalties
     
1. England and Wales    
Do you want to accept the fixed penalty?    
NO   YES
Make a request within 28 days of the notice issue date for a court hearing by completing and posting the relevant part of the notice

WARNING: Do not do nothing!
This will increase the fine by 50% and you will have lost the option to defend the case. If the offence is endorsable, points will be put on your licence		   Pay the amount shown within 28 days of the notice issue date

WARNING
If you fail to pay within 28 days the fine will increase by
50% and the matter will go to court as an unpaid fine
     
2. Scotland - Conditional offer options    
Do you want to accept the fixed penalty?    
NO   YES
Do nothing - the matter will be passed to the Procurator Fiscal for consideration of court action   Pay the amount shown within 28 days of the notice issue date

WARNING
If you fail to pay within 28 days the matter will be passed to the Procurator Fiscal for consideration of court action
